Blue River Property Management, LLC, is an owner-operated company specializing in Community Association Management in Breckenridge, Colorado. Incorporated in 2002 by Richard Holcroft; Blue River Property Management is a Colorado Licensed Management Company, a member of the Community Association Institute (caionline.org) and National Federation of Independent Business. Richard Holcroft is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designated by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (camicb.org).

Our properties are located exclusively in Breckenridge. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not handle rental management. As a result, can focus solely on delivering unsurpassed association property management and business management to our customers. Our employees, including resident on-site managers, all live in Breckenridge for fast 24-hour on-call response. Our dedicated staff prides themselves on daily attention to all of our properties. We do our own in-house maintenance, landscaping, snow shoveling, plowing and heavy equipment snow removal work, so we are able to offer better service at competitive rates.
