Maintenance & Snow Removal

Our in-house maintenance team has over 50 years combined experience in the building trades. They can handle most building maintenance issues promptly and professionally. We also have a fleet of plow trucks and snow removal heavy equipment that can tackle anything mother nature throws at us.

In our 23 years doing property management in Breckenridge, we’ve come across just about every type of maintenance issue you can imagine in multifamily buildings and townhomes. With our experienced maintenance technicians, we can quickly diagnose maintenance issues, locate the source of leaks on our properties and make repairs.

We are happy to report that our Lead Maintenance Tech, David Nickerson, has been with us for over 10 years! From association common areas maintenance, to in-unit repairs for owners, we can handle most incidental maintenance items. Plus, we maintain 7 days a week, maintenance coverage for our properties.

Breckenridge is a snowy place, with over 330” of snow each year. We’ve always found if you want something done right, you’d better do it yourself. Parking lot snow removal is no exception. Rather than sub-out our snow removal, our employees plow almost all of our properties themselves. With our updated plow trucks and their heavy duty “V” blade snowplows, to our multiple Bobcat Skid Steers with their combination blade/box snow pushers, we can literally move tons of snow, every time it snows.

When that snow starts to pile up and take up valuable parking spaces, our snow removal team kicks into high gear and brings out our Cat backhoe and the skid steer mounted buckets and snowblowers. We can move mountains of snow off your parking lots and into your landscaped areas to melt in the spring. If you’re short on space, we can also haul that snow away.
